Can you Swap a SRT-4 without Turbo into a 02 Neon RT?

Says: My Piston Rod broke in my RT motor and I was wondering if I should Swap out the old motor and put a SRT-4 motor but I dont have the turbo...or should I just replace the pistons an sell the SRT-4 motor...?2. Says: A SRT-4 engine without a turbo won't run very well, if at all...The easiest thing to do is just fix the existing engine, assuming the broken rod didn't take out the block when it failed.
