Do I have the title for my car?

Lebelle Says: If you have a car loan, the financial institution could have the title. If you are in one of the following states and you have a car loan, you should have the title: OK, MI, MO, MD, MN, MT,SD,NY, KY, WI and WY. Otherwise the bank has it and will keep it until you pay off your loan

That guy what answers questions Says: If you are financing the car and making payments on it then the bank has the title because right now they own the car when you pay the loan off you are given the title and it becomes your car.
