My Foglights, Corner lights, and rear lights won't work...?

(2011-11-14 15:15:11)
1. Gamer25 Says: Ok so I installed my aftermarket fog lights for my 95 Civic and it worked. Then I put everything back together and it was still working and then I was driving I didn't hear the clicking anymore in the relay. I noticed my corner lights didn't work and fog lights as well but my headlight still works. The rear lights aren't on but works when I press on the brakes. The next day I checked the wires and everything and it seemed fine. Everything was working fine before installing the fog lights and now only the headlight works. Oh also my instrument cluster light doesn't work too so I can't see the speedometer and everything else at night. I don't know what the problem is can anyone help?
2. astrobuf Says: You wired the fog lights into the wrong power source. Fog lights will draw 20 amps. They will need their own circuit and/or relay. Taping into the marker light circuit has resulted in you blowing the fuse for this circuit. Replace the fuse and disconnect the fog lights from the marker light wiring. You'll need to create a seperate power circuit for this to work.

3. Poor taste Says: Did you check the fuse? Sounds like all those lights are on the same fuse. Headlights have their separate fuse. If you added fog lights and they blew the fuse you might have to up to a larger fuse.
4. timber.matt Says: you blew a fuse, you gotta find a better place to get power for your fogs
5. apex2999 Says: you blew a fuse check your owners manual it should have a fuse diagram
6. FREAKBOY Says: Yep either a fuse or your relay crapped out
