What will make my 99 chevy Tahoe not start after sitting overnight?

no start, fuel pressure bleeding down. next time try this, turn your key on for 5 seconds then off. do this a couple of times, it'll build up fuel pressure and then start. when you turn your key on it cycles the fuel pump for 2 seconds, only enough to build fuel pressure to a full system. if it's drained back because of the fuel pressure regulator, then it would take a couple of cycles of the key to fill the system again3. Says: I have a 99 Chevy Tahoe and it was my alternator running the battery down. Have those two things checked out before you do anything else. I bought a brand new battery and so far so good.
It started like that it wouldn't start in the morning but after trying and trying it eventually would. It will get to a point that it won't start at all without a jump.
