I painted my roof and doorframes 3 days ago- can i put maskin tape on them now, or will it lift the paint off?

Mr J Says: it all depends how good of a job you done in prepping the bodywork before painting and how well you sprayed it, the surface you apply the paint to is the most important thing, my advice would be buy good 3M tape to use as cheap stuff will remove the paint no doubt and just hope for the best. good luck!
