Mustang or something else maybe?
(2010-05-29 10:30:21) 1. Says: I am interested in buying a new car under something like 15k. I'm in love with the mustang GT's with the body styles from 99 and up. But I live in wisconsin so the winters can get pretty rough and I'm thinking it would be complete hell driving a RWD car in winter. Maybe snow tires? I was also looking at some of the FWD cars too. like the Turbo-Charged Cobalt or the Honda Civic SI. In other words i guess i would apperciate some guidence on the subject here. If you want to suggest a different car I am open to anything but keep it stock. Thank You.2. Says: Alan he said under 15K not over 20KYour better of with the Civic Si, trust me you will love it. Cobalt will be expensive to maintain, same with the Dodge Neon SRT-4.
why not just try to get a WRX STi or an old EVO....they have AWD you can use those in Snow.3. Says: something else4. Says: For the FWD you might look closely at the 2010 Ford Focus SEL model. It is much nicer than the Cobalt, and said to be much more reliable. I have a ingot silver 2010 Focus SEL loaded with moon roof, and jet black leather interior, and much more. I drives excellent and it's built very well with high ratings for the past 3 years. It ranges 16k for basic, up to 21k loaded. Mine also gets 38 mpg! The SEL also has sports suspension, larger 16" wheels, and i added a sporty rear trunk spoiler which looks GREAT! Good luck.5. Says: cobalts are junk, plus you lose control on ice, not much car between you and whatever you're about to hit,lol Tag: Mustang or something else maybe?
