How to open my car's battery so that i could check the electrolyte level?

Please tell me how to open it and check the electrolyte level..2. aurelio gonzales Says: well if it didn't have any vent caps then you don't wanna go messing with trying to open it instead take it to your local auto parts store as ask them to test it to see if you have a bad cell if your battery has warranty just swap it out.3.
