2. Jeff R Says: Yes, it will burn out your valves and has been known to knock holes in your pistons. When you use Nitrous it slowly damages your engine, it prematurely wears out the components of your motor until they break. Too much usage and you'll be replacing the motor before long.
I just had to replace the heads on my Mustang GT because the guy who owned it before me ran Nitrous on the car, even though it had only 35k miles on it.
