Just put coolant fluid (not alot) in the brake fluid canister?

(2011-11-23 15:20:20)
1. Harrison Says: Thought it was going in the radiator.. Soon realized it wasn't
I haven't used the car yet ... Wondering how bad it may be?
2. M M M Says: Get it out of there quick, dont press the brake pedal, refil with brake fluid, i should say bleed the system right through but if you have only just done it, havent pressed the brake pedal, and completely emptied and refilled brake fluid chamber you should be okay, good luck
3. Master Says: Very! Depending on how much is a little. Your brake fluid is hydraulic fluid meant to be kept under pressure. It's a specific viscosity, or thickness, for that reason. You could easily do damage to your brake components depending again on how much you actually put it. Especially ABS.
Either way you will need to get your fluid drained and replaced ASAP.
4. ™இ™ 0NE TRlCK P0NY ™இ™ Says: This is pretty bad as you have now contaminated the brake fluid. A complete brake system flush will be required before you use the car.
