What do you think of Fiberglass hood's?

1. Peyton Newby Says: what do you think of Fiberglass hood's on hotfrod trucks it is a Bolt-on hood

2. brucec30 Says: It doesn't bend, it breaks, but is light weight. This means there is no repair, replacement only in the even of accident.
Though, even if metal, I wouldn't want body putty in it, since the slamming of the hood could cause that to break also. Question is, is the weight difference going to make that much of a difference in your "hot-rod"?

I dont think it will do anything 4 functionality - therefore, waste of money & time
