1. William Blattel Says: I think you answered your own question, you are losing prime. Therefore, there is air getting into your fuel system somewhere. Check all fuel lines for leaks, rust, ect. It's not your fuel injectors (obviously) as the vehicle probably runs fine when you get it started! Where do people come up these answers? Wow.
2. fermium Says: How do you know its not getting gas? What do you mean you prime it? These answers will help a ton on figuring out your issue.

But just off hand i can say have your fuel system pressure checked. At key on engine off you should hear your pump kick on for a few seconds and your fuel pressure should be around 55 psi. It should then stay roughly at that pressure. It will bleed down very slowly but if you can watch the pressure needle fall in a matter of seconds then you have pressure leaking back into the tank via the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump itself. If you have any sort of leak in the lines or the injector then this will also cause a pressure drop. A shop can eliminate one by one the usual suspects until the cause is found.
3. Matt Says: Clogged fuel injectors. Go to Walmart(cheapest) and buy your self some stp fuel injector cleaner. It's like $2-$3. You don't need a fuel injector cleaner that costs $10 because they all do the same thing.
