Why wont my 77 yamaha gt 80 start?

Saul Hudson Says: ok so it has good compression, has new plugs, cleaned the carb and rebuilt the engine like 10 times, and i still cant get it to start and the timing is correct, any ideas on how to get this old bike to start up?2. Quiet Sparks Says: Do you have the spark on the plugs. check them and the wires maybe swapped. If you have sparks, compression, fuel, correct timing, the it should start. Try to check the spark.
