The o2 sensor connector in my car is wet due to oil drops will my "engine check" will light?

2. mailbox1024 Says: The light "on" with the key in the on position is normal. This is a self diagnostics test that the ecm runs each time after the engine is started. But if i were you, find the source of the oil leak and repair it before the engine runs low on oil. Otherwise the oil lite will come on and then it is too late and the engine will seize.
3. PYRO BOY Says: mailbox has great advice. i will also recommend that you replace that O2 sensor because a dirty O2 sensor will probably not run as well as a clean one and could be making your ride a little less smoother.
