Can anyone tell where I can buy a second hand car for best deal?

I bought a mint 99 alero like 6 years ago from one for $1500. Only had 60k on it. That being said, it is not really that risky as you wouldnt get great service on a cheap used car from a dealer anyhow. At the auctions they have to disclose the condition of the vehicle as running, not running, leaky transmission, been in accident, etc.3. Says: NO, because we don't know whare you live or what you would consider a "best deal." If you want a serious answer, then post a serious question.4.
