Will 20 inch rims fit a 2000 impala? Will it effect suspension and/or transmission? Bumpy ride with 20s ?

Chase Kust Says: as long as you keep the outside radius the same, you wont have to do anything. any decent tire/wheel shop will have those measurements for you!
