Righting the ship will require first offloading fuel to lighten it, then dragging it into deep water during high tide. Possibly they will attach and inflate pontoons underneath the "down" side of the ship - but first, they will have to design and build such pontoons.
4. Desert Rat PAUL Says: Even if it WOULD work, which it wouldn't, the hull was already mostly full of water, so all that would be accomplished would be it would be sitting upright under water, instead of on it's side.

Do you know HOW MANY choppers you would need? You would have to turn the sky black with them, to get the ship righted.
