My car was sold to a wreckers without me knowing......?

1. Martha Says: If it was sold and on your name of title, then it was done illegally. Report it to your local police that your property was stolen and seek justice in court to find your car.

Hate to be skeptical, but you pose a dilemma- you *know* your car was sold, hence it can't be " ... without me knowing."

Further, you don't ask a question. The question mark at the end of your declarative sentence doesn't make it a question. If you're implying "What should I do?" then we have to guess at what happened.

Someone took your car (and possibly title) to a wrecker, who bought it, perhaps without verifying the identity of the seller. So far you have some criminal activity- someone took your property and used your identity to convert the property. Your first call should be to the police.

If you know who did this, you have a difficult decision ahead. Parents? Really can't put them in jail, can you? A "friend" or "room mate?" Well, that's up to you. Can't make up your emotional mind based on input from your social network. This is 100% up to you.
