How much for new motor mount on my 95 F150?
(2012-01-21 15:15:15) 1. Says: DOnt ever buy used one not for motor mounts,Napa runs 50 bucks and normally have them in stock in most cities2. Says: I said weld pieces to them, specifically triangular pieces to make them stronger, not weld them in place you incompetent idiot. Learn to read. And unless you can't fabricate worth crap, you can re-use used mounts. Also, everything Napa sells is worse then used, might as well burn your money. 3. Says: ^ dude is right, if u can fabricate you can re-use mounts, if you acually know wat ur doing. Also napa does search the earth for the crappest **** to stock their sheelves with. Might as well scrap that car now. Knowin napa, those mounts wil fail and ur engine wil be on the highway somewhere. 4. Says: ^HAHA! Good to see someone else knows about NAPA! 5. Says: Google PickNPull and go to the price list on their website. You can get used ones there for a lot cheaper then buying new ones.
EDIT: Used are fine. Whenever I have needed motor mounts, I much rather get mine for $5 from PickNPull and sand blast them and weld in a piece for added support if I need it, but PickNPull usually I don't have to. Lots of those cars I have pulled parts off that look brand new, there is nothing wrong with them. That and if they come straight off a car they fit almost always. I hate it when I get a new part and it doesn't fit (and it happens a lot, lots of these freshly made stock parts don't fit right) so if I am going to have to adjust something I rather it be the $5 used part then a $50 new part, cause I am out less if I **** up.6. Says: advanced auto has them for $25 each if it's a 5.0 engine Tag: How much for new motor mount on my 95 F150?
