Is a 1986 Monte Carlo SS considered a musclecar?
(2012-01-27 15:15:07) 1. Says: It's white with greyish blue interior, dual exhaust with flowmasters, BF Goodrich white letter Radial T/A tires 235 60 r15 tires, JVC cd player, and 2" cowl induction hood. The car is all original other than that..It has a 305v8 with 75,000 original miles on it.
Soon it will be repainted GM white base coat clear coat.
Would this car be considered a musclecar at the cruise nights?2. Says: Yes , they are muscle cars without very much muscle . with a good paint job its worth 7500-10000 and very desirable3. Says: I would say yes, however the 305(1986) is not exactly the best engine to power a muscle car, if you do some nice mods on it you will be much better at cruise nights :P
