Morgan Says: 32s and a 5in lift. Could my little engine pull it?

Knuckles Says: Your Ranger would have 7.5" gears in the axles.....It's going to be very tough to find the 5.13 gears you'll need. 4.56's are relatively easy to find, but I don't think it'll be low enough to pull those tall tires. And a gear that low is going to have a very small "load bearing area" on the teeth. A manual trans will just magnify the shock to the driveline, as well. I'm thinking this combination will just be one problem after another for you.

rick29148 Says: You would have to change the rear differential gearing to compensate for the tall rubber, but that's doable.

ahanix1989 Says: I wouldn't recommend it, you're gonna strain the hell out of that poor engine.
5.
Michael Says: it can be done with rear end gear changes for best performance
