Is it OK to just change two rims and tires at a time ?

Says: I don't drive much right now but i was told almost a year ago that i need new rims because they are pretty damage. my question more specifically is, would it be ok if i changed two tires and rims and in a month when i can afford it, replace the remaining two? as it is my front and rear tires do not match. the front ones are slightly larger, but now i also have a flat tire in the rear and rather than putting new tires on bad rims i figured i should go for the new rims too... and then next month (march) replace the two front rims and tires.. and between now and then i would probably only put ten-15 miles on my truck if even that..2. Says: I'd suggest you do NOT listen to Eddie's suggestion of putting the new tires on the front! He's not only wrong, doing so can kill you. But I'm just "some guy on Yahoo" so don't take my word for it, listen to the experts...Michelin says put newer/better tires on the REAR. Well, if that isn't enough to convince you Eddie is incorrect... by all means, put your new tires on the front, and GOOD LUCK!3. Says: the only thing I would different than you is to put two new tires on the front, and then take the two best of the 4 other tires and put them on the rear. You may even get more than a month out of them by doing that.
