Where is the horn under the hood in a 95 cavalier?

Where is the horn located under the hood? I am looking to see if there is a bad wire. Also, what could be the issue? It is a 2.4 liter engine.2. James Says: Just remove the two 15mm nor 13mm bolts for your right headlamp. Remove the headlamp. You can easily access the horn now. Those horns fail becuase they are pointed straight up, any water that gets in it, stays in it. I'd recommended mounting the new one so it can drain.3. bandit_60 Says: look in the inner fender under the hood or it could be stuck down under the fender.
