If I were to pawn my scooter, how much would they buy it for?

It is a down payment for a motorbike they are selling. The least amount they'll accept is $700 for down payment. I bought the scooter for $3000 new.

So how much will I get for it? Will it cover the down payment? It's worth $1200-$1600 used.
