Says: If it's the genuine tail light that come fitted with the factory vehicle, the part number can be obtained from a database that the Dealership has.. They can enter your VIN and find the part number for every single part on the car.. So the easiest thing to do would be to call the closest Dealer that sells the make of your vehicle.. Most times you can't just buy the lens on the tail light and have to buy the whole thing, just depends on the age, make and model..If you have an aftermarket tail light, you might have to do a bit of searching online to find the same one (or set) to be replaced.. Changing out a tail light is an easy job on most vehicles and is usually held in by 2-3 nuts and/or bolts with clips..3. Says: They have books and catalogs.
