1. Golden J Says: If a manual transmission vehicle have a problem with shifting into gear, how would you fix it?
Any car, any model, any year, etc.

ANY type of problem (make one up) and tell me hiw would you fix that problem. For example:
If the car has a noise when trying to shift. Then explain to me how would you fix it.
If it's hard to shift into gear in certain weathers, please tell me how to fix it.
2. kevusaborn Says: From a mechanics viewpoint : Road test the vehicle to replicate what the customer is trying
to convey the problem is. Then follow basic step-by-step procedures to pinpoint the problem.

Check the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder, check the freeplay in the clutch,

Look, Listen, and do a step-by-step process of elimation ( starting from the most common possible problem first ). If removal and inspection is required, that's where professionals must go.

Hope this helps
3. bandit_60 Says: if it don,t want to change gears then you need to adjust the clutch. it,s probably because the clutch it,s not releasing away from the flywheel and making the transmission gears keep turning.
