Says: It looks like a tool that you use to pull solder off of circuit boards after removing a component. You push the handle in and it locks, then you heat the solder joint and when hot hold the tool to to the circuit board and trip the button which releases the spring loaded suction cup and it sucks the solder clean off the board so a new part can be inserted in the board.4. Says: Do you realize how many specialty tools there are in the industry? after 30 years in the industry I have things in my box only old timers can say what they are, I have something that looks similar, its used to replace the main seal in an old Cav injection pump, that's all it does that's all its good for,5.
