Any tips for beginning drivers?

Also, pay attention to what's going on around you at every moment. Always look before entering an intersection, even if the light's green. Don't play your music too loud. Don't have obnoxious friends in the car with you. Go a few miles an hour below the speed limit, just because it says 55 mph does not mean you have to go that fast. Brake and accelerate gently, not only is this safer, it'll save you some money when you fill up. Make sure to keep your oil changed regularly. Learn to change a flat tire. Keep a flashlight, pen, first aid kit, blankets, and other such things in your car. Just keep practicing, and when you get the chance to drive through a new place, never turn it down!3. Listen to your instructor and follow directions.
