Car Over heating problems?

Now if I rev the engine a little the temperature goes down (no matter the gear), I took it to a couple of mechanics and they couldn't figure it out.4. ? Says: I would have a shop check the radiator cores or replace the radiator. Just because it is not leaking doesn't mean that some or many of the cores are not clogged.5.
