Does this sound like a bad intake manifold gasket or a head gasket? or what else? very detailed 99 grand am gt?

Matthew Cheek Says: please help me out i cant afford a mechanic my reservoir is empty over night with no puddles on ground my car averages on 200 degress it overheats very easily ,steam comes out the reservoir and i hear bubbling noise in the radiator after done driving the heat only works sometimes i drained the radiator and flushed it with commercial products, and the car will no accelerate fast, i can floor it and itll be loud and rpms go no more than 4 but it still accelerates very slow as if im barely touching the gas and doesnt switch gears easily, the maf sensor is bad and i know it, but im 16 and dont have enough income to buy a new one only making 200 every 2 week at current job,i did oil change on tranny and engine and changed pcv , spark plugs, fuel filter,air filter,fuel pump,and ran 2 bottles of seafoam in oil, gas and the vacuum lines,i the check engine light,low coolant,and service vehicle soon light is on at all times,fans are working i got the codes pulled and it came out as maf sensor and engine misfire detected, the previous owner thought the accleration problem was the cat converter, he removed it and he said his buddy said it was a 90 dollar gasket, the car wont accelerate fast but does decent if i unplug the maf and it wont go over 45 and it has high rpms at that speed and it seems to have switching problems right when it should switch the car shakes back and forth but not fast and it loses some power but makes a weird noise kinda like its hiccuping but the exhaust pipe changes sound as if its coming out a tube which it is , under the throttle body exactly below on the engine theres some brown stuff thats been absorbed but sizzles after driven it feels like oil but if its leaking its a tiny leak but old one ,2.
