What is a good small car for less than $11,000?

1. Charlie Nelson Says: I am just about to turn 16 and im looking for a car under $11,000. I am looking for a good small cool car. I really like the cars that have that racing look or look fast but really cant find anything i like. Help?

Remember that there's quite a bit you can do to customize your car, which is quite handy if you're looking for something sporty on a budget. You can get hold of sills, exhaust trims, spoilers, grilles, custom wing mirrors etc (as long as it's not over the top!).
