Texas State Inspection?

I was wondering, will the car fail inspection if the odometer doesn't work? Everything else is fine.2. grendel Says: As long as the mileage is more than what is listed on the old sticker and you know the people doing the inspection you may get by w/it, as long as the speedometer itself is working.
