Where can I purchase a very cheap inexpensive good used car?

Most will not be in the perfect condition but will be in nice running condition. Your luck may be going to a public auto auction.My mom went to a public auto auction and bought a 98 Subaru Forester L for $1200 and runs like a champ. Not in the best condition on the inside but it runs brand new4. Says: You don't get a car in real good condition for that amount of money.5. Says: Some auction cars are good bargains.
