Specialty Frame Shop?

(2012-02-05 15:20:05)
1. Perry D Says: I hit a curb in by car, and possibly bent the subframe, crossarm...or, I really don't know.. Anyone know of a dedicated frame shop or a body shop with the right tools to fix this? I like in the littleton/lakewood/denver area...so somewhere in Colorado. Thanks
2. ? Says: I highly doubt you bent the sub-frame just from hitting a curb... maybe your lower control arm, but not your sub-frame. You need an alignment shop, not a frame shop. A good alignment shop will change any bent suspension parts and align your car. If by chance part of your frame is bent, which is highly unlikely, they will also know where to send it to get it fixed. You don't straighten a bent sub-frame anyway, the only fix is to change it.
3. ? Says: Hitting a curb at 25mph is still not enough to bend your frame of sub-frame.
