Do I top up with oil?

1. Anne Says: I have left my car for a year and a half without running it. it had the right amount of oil before I stopped using it and now I cant see any on the dipstick. do i top it up with oil or what? there's no visible leaks.

It's a 1998 ford fiesta
2. Kenny Says: It's best if you can change the oil right there. If not then pour in a quart and check the dipstick.
