Does a blown head gasket or cracked head make the motor shake a little bit more detailed?

(2012-02-05 15:20:09) 1. Zack Says: Ok so i crank the motor and all that so when i look at the exhaust manifold towards the firewall at the back of the motor. It leaks at the exhaust manifold a white milky color as if i have a blown head gasket or cracked head? but the motor as a little bit of a shake to it it was real bad but then i turned the engine off waited for a while and crank it again it wasn't as bad?2. Tots n nuggets Says: the shake is because the motor is running and there god dammm grenades going off in tharr.
