How can i sue someone that hasent paid me the car i sold them?

Says: i sold a car to a couple for 1200. they still owe me 700. but now the guy got arrested and his wife don't want to pay me the money. i made the verbal contract with both of them. the car is in her name . is there any way i can sue her for the rest of the money or at least get the car back ?2. Verbal contacts are useless unless she agrees that it happened and the title is under her name and u should have gave her the title but just a writen agreement for payments with payment receipts. your kinda screwed.7. Says: 1 you dummy always collect all the money first..
