When should you change Audi cam chain tensioner?

1. Doosy Says: My audi A4 1.8t has about 98ks on it and when I start the car up I can hear the cam chain making a ticking noise but once the car is warm the noise goes away is this normal or is some part in there worn and in need of replacing ?
