Paul Says: Not necessarily. Royal Mail make every attempt to deliver in all weathers in accordance with Health and Safety. It would depend on what part of the country you live in and how bad the roads and pavements are. More to the point is that big companies also come to a halt during this freezing weather as they also find it difficult to transport goods .
