Would this be a goof first car?

Says: OK i was looking into getting my first car but I'm leaning into getting a older car i like many muscle cars but want the gas lol so i was looking at VW bugs are they good cars i know that they are good on gas and easy to work on but as far as everything goes are they good first cars? if anyone has other options please list i like coups not to big about 4 doors but am looking into everythingI'm a 22 year old male if this helps im 6'02. Says: The older VW Beetles are great first cars. Engines easy to work on, very basic. The newer ones, more like any other car.3.
