My cadillac deville wont start?

Says: well i checked the battery and getting almost 13 volts and im getting one click when i turn it over from the started im assuming i have lights on when key is in and the car drove fine today with no problems at all ? any had this problem any help would be appreciated ! thanks .2. charge ur battery than take it to any parts store for a free check on battery and charging system....4. Says: To start, you can get a 13 volt reading from a low battery because the amps are what is needed to provide a high current to the starter. First, try jump starting it, maybe with a neighbors car.
