it has 198,000 thousand miles on and it's been well maintained the whole time

Just stay on top of the oil changes and tranmission fluid
and have the seals and rings checked

5. FKRV Says: My neighbor has 90 Honda Accord with almost 400k miles, maintained on regular bases without any problem.. Honda doesn't die easily, just check oil from time to time and change it every 10k miles at least.
Don't worry about Honda engine, it will longer than your chassis:)
