Grinding 4g63 piston rings?

1. snowman14 Says: if i get a .20 over rebuild kit( and i had the block bored .20 over) do i have to grind the rings or can i just put them on the pistons and then put them in the block? if i do have to,how much do i have to grind them?

2. goldwing127959 Says: When you get .020 over pistons, get 020.Rings. Pre check the rings in the bore and measure the end gap for fit.

3. thebax2006 Says: The machine shop that did the boring should have checked the ring gap and honed the cylinders. Check with them, they did the work. I've never "ground rings"!
