08 ram knocking in low end only after cold start?

cwson79 Says: I have noticed a lite knocking which sounds like it is coming from the low end of the engine. this only happens on cold starts and goes away about 4 mins. in idle. any ideas

dodge man Says: you might want to change the brand of fuel your using in it that will cause that to happen and up the octane level on it some,sometimes that will take care of it,if it doesn't change the plugs in that will make it fire stronger and burn the fuel a lot better,good luck.
