1. kevin Says: well my rear upper control arm ball joint for my car broke and the problem is it is a 24 year old honda with only a 3 year production run and I cant seem to find the part is there any way to fix a ball joint or fix this damn problem and trust me you will not find the part
2. Harold Says: You may have to match up a ball joint from a different car and then have it welded to your control arm
3. Chad Says: you could take a scematic to a michine shop and have one built but it would be very pricey and likely not worth it.
4. thisiscrazy70605 Says: Ball joints are usually a replacement only item. You would need access to a superb machine shop for them to build you a new one.
5. Vipassana Says: "lol If you seen the blue book on this you would be shocked"

I bet I would be.

Particularly since Blue Book is a suggested value and NOT THE ACTUAL VALUE of the vehicle.

Especially since the site clearly states that it is values you MIGHT find, but are not actual representations of vehicle values.

So whether it says $1,000, or $100,000....it doesn't mean it's actually worth that.

So already, you have no idea what you're talking about.

As far as the upper control arm...try eBay. I would give you a link, but you didn't seem to feel inclined to actually mention what your car actually is....so i guess you didn't want specific help.
6. Joe Says: making a new ball joint from scratch ? That's going to be a real project.

You need a compatible part, not always a direct replacement.

Try chat rooms and boards of honda car fans or drift racers.
They go through suspension parts like crazy.

Also try "power block.com" they do a lot of car shows and link to a lot of sites.

You may wind up having to to do a major redesign of the front end like replacing the K member on an F body (camaro/firebird) with a light weight version.

In any event get with enough car nuts, somebody has solved this problem before.
