Why is my car making so much noise at a certain speed?

i am driving a 1990 honda accord but when i hit the highway and i reach 90km/hour the car makes a very loud noise and it vibrate a little bit, and when i keep accelerating the noise goes away, when i slow down to 90km./h it makes the same noise and then iy goes away again
please help me i am really confused i dont know what to do
