Peugeot 106 clutch cable adjustment?

1. Daniel Says: on my way to uni i manage to grind my gears (sorry cant remember the technical term) going into 3rd. this morning i noticed that my clutch pedal was loose and floppy like it would be if my clutch cable had snapped, but i could still change gear when the pedal was most of the way to the floor. my bite seems to be alot lower than it was.

it sounds as if my clutch cable has streched somehow. how can i tighten it up if this is the case,

2. D Says: That's not what normally happens. Better check to see that the cable isn't fraying or breaking, or that you haven't got a bad bushing on the pedal. Normally they get too tight, not too loose.
