2. JB Says: Many parts will interchange. It all kind of depends on what size motor is in each. If they are the same they should interchange, that should also allow electrical parts like ignition module to change out.Most of the electrical should be interchangeable anyways as long as they are the same year. All body parts will change, the things that will definitly not change are: suspension, differentials, break parts, hubs. Parts like the alternator and ac pump will interchange and if they don't it should be faily easy to make a small modification. You can always cross reference the part you want to swap out.
